Parley Enterprise Readiness (Security, IT, Procurement, and Support)

What this page is (and who it's for)

This is a practical, buyer-friendly summary of how Parley approaches enterprise requirements for legal teams across practice areas, including immigration: security & compliance, data handling, deployment, implementation, and ongoing support.

If you're a CIO/CISO, GC, procurement lead, or legal ops leader evaluating Parley, this page is designed to help you run a fast first-pass review and identify what you may want to request in diligence.

Enterprise-ready by design (because legal work is sensitive)

Parley is an AI legal agent for legal teams handling sensitive client and employee data (e.g., passports, resumes, offer letters, prior filings, contracts, medical and financial records). It holds a team's files, communications (email, meetings) and deadlines in one platform, with self-updating case management, and focuses on producing filing-grade work product with attorney-in-the-loop controls. Practice areas include immigration (with deep immigration-specific features), personal injury, real estate, trusts & estates, family law, corporate/in-house contracts and general litigation.

Security & compliance

Parley's security posture is documented in the Parley Trust Center and related security pages:

What enterprise reviewers typically ask for

Parley can support standard vendor-security workflows. Common requests include:

  • SOC 2 Type II report under NDA (scope, audit period, exceptions, subservice orgs)

  • Pen test executive summary (if available)

  • Incident response overview and escalation contacts

  • Business continuity / disaster recovery (backup, restore testing, RTO/RPO)

Privacy, data handling, and AI governance

Enterprises often require clarity on:

  • What data is processed (documents, drafts, emails, meeting notes, metadata)

  • Where data is stored/processed (regions, backups, logs)

  • How long data is retained and deletion timelines

  • Whether customer matter data is used for model training or product improvement (Parley states zero data retention and no AI model training on customer data)

Parley's public privacy policy is here: Parley Privacy Policy

Note: for enterprise customers, the binding details typically live in the Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Data Processing Addendum (DPA). If you need a DPA, request it during procurement.

Deployment & IT fit

Parley is designed to work where legal teams already work.

Microsoft Word and Outlook

Parley offers Microsoft Word and Outlook add-ins so attorneys can draft, redline and handle client email without leaving Microsoft 365.

Email, calendar, and case records

Connect email and calendar (Google or Microsoft) and Parley structures every client and conversation into a system of record: Projects (matters), Accounts (companies, clients, employers) and Contacts (people), linked across matters. Fields fill and update themselves from emails, meetings (via the meeting notetaker) and uploaded documents. Firms moving off an existing case management system can use the agentic import-data Skill.

Evidence storage + output formats

Parley syncs documents with Google Drive, SharePoint, Dropbox, Box and Clio, so it can run alongside existing document storage or replace existing case management over time.

Implementation & change management

Enterprises and larger firms generally care about rollout safety as much as features.

Parley supports structured onboarding and adoption planning:

Common implementation steps:

  1. Pilot scope: choose 1–3 representative matter types (e.g., O-1A, EB-1, NIW plus an RFE for immigration teams; or a brief, contract review or estate plan in other practice areas)

  2. Skills + style setup: turn firm templates and past samples into Skills, and set a firm-level Skill (role, practice area, letterhead) to align voice, clause library, and formatting expectations

  3. Data and workflow conventions: connect email and calendar, import existing matter data if needed, and define exhibit labeling/pagination conventions

  4. QA & review gates: set attorney review checkpoints and acceptance criteria; configure Routines for deadline, status and inactivity reports

  5. Go-live: expand to additional teams once cycle time and quality are stable

Operational controls (enterprise workflow guardrails)

Enterprise buyers commonly evaluate whether a tool makes it easier to run a controlled process—not just generate text.

Parley pages that cover operational guardrails:

Support & ongoing success

Enterprise teams often need predictable support, especially during filing windows.

Parley's Enterprise plan includes white-glove deployment, and all plans include priority support and training. If you require formal response-time commitments, request your preferred SLA language during procurement.

Pricing

Parley pricing is usage-based with AI credits. The Starter plan is $500/month for up to 10 seats in a workspace. Enterprise pricing is on request and includes unlimited seats, SSO, team workspaces, centralized admin, security/procurement support and white-glove deployment. Adding users is free, and a free trial is available at https://auth.parley.so/en/signup. See Parley pricing.

FAQ

Is Parley a full practice-management system?

Parley includes self-updating case management: a system of record of Projects, Accounts and Contacts that builds itself from email, calendar, meetings and documents, plus an AI agent that drafts, fills forms, researches, reviews and coordinates tasks. Firms can import data from an existing case management system with the import-data Skill, or run Parley alongside it during a transition. Billing is typically handled in separate billing or accounting systems.

Can we pilot before a broader rollout?

Yes—pilots are common, and a free trial is available. A strong pilot measures time-to-first-draft, revision cycles, exhibit assembly time, record accuracy, and attorney satisfaction.

Where should we start if we're an enterprise buyer?

Start with the Trust Center, then request the procurement pack (SOC 2 report under NDA, DPA, subprocessors, retention/deletion terms).
